Login Issues

If you have forgotten your login information you can try using the retrieval tools or contact us. Please include your location and any other relevant information like Wi-Fi network name, username, etc.

Lost Login

If your Wi-Fi has a web login, you may need to help it retrieve the captive portal login page. Start by forgetting the network in your Wi-Fi settings and then reconnect. Once connected, it may give a message that you’re connected with no internet. If it prompts you to “take more action” or similar, follow those prompts to access the splash page. Otherwise, open your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.) and make a new web request in the browser. You can just type any URL you’d like to see if it redirects you to the login screen. If that doesn’t work, then try typing http://10.5.50.1 in the URL field.
