Cellular Repeaters
Although the individual antennas do not require power to repeat the cellular frequencies, the controller hub for the system does need power in order to function properly. If you can locate the main hub and contact our office, someone will assist you in troubleshooting.
Power
Poor call quality can result from network issues on either end of the call. If you suspect that the issues may reside on your side, try testing that theory by calling a known landline or two to determine if the call quality is due to your side or the other.

The primary purpose of the cell phone repeater network is to allow users to make voice calls and SMS messages. In some cases, the number of signal “bars” may not be completely representative of the performance of the voice and text performance. If you can still make & receive calls and texts then your system is probably performing.
